LOM are in the March 2025 issue of Building Magazine with their new planning permission for the T15 office building at Tigné Point, Malta

T15 is the final phase of the Fortress Gardens masterplan, completing a landmark development that includes a residential tower with 63 luxury apartments and a restored public garden within a historic gun battery.

The scheme will provide 1,400 sqm of flexible workspace across four levels, with retail and F&B at ground level.

Designed by LOM in collaboration with local Perit and structural engineers, CS Design, the stepped form supported by a Vierendeel steel frame creates generous terraces and a landscaped roof. Full-height glazing maximises natural light, while bronze aluminium cladding and perforated panels enhance solar shading and ventilation.

As a gateway to the battery gardens from Tigné Piazza, T15 will frame views of the Mediterranean, marking the completion of the Fortress Gardens masterplan, set for completion later this year.
