Designed by Gort Scott for their clients Pocket Living, the 45 one-bedroom homes collectively respond to the massing of adjacent buildings. Gort Scott Architects included contemporary motifs that build on the local decorative style to create a sensitive addition to the area. Each home is well planned and communal spaces are cleverly organised to foster a sense of community.
