Campbell & Co Architects
Haringey Council approached Campbell & Co with an aspirational brief. The site is one of a number identified to be part of a programme to deliver 1,000 council homes by 2022 – including through the adaptation of underused existing buildings within the borough. The proposals will create 5 new dwellings, 2 of which are wheelchair accessible to cater for a broad spectrum of needs. The material palette for the project is a mix of brick and complimentary metalwork to fit with the brick work frontages in the nearby area.
