Stukeley Street

Located in the London Borough of Camden, 15 Stukeley Street is a commercial refurbishment project which gained planning consent in October 2017. Accessed via a very narrow side street the building is surrounded by industrial and commercial properties including the Arab Press House to the North and Esavian House to the south west. The former features the same brick façade finish and window detailing at Stukeley Street, as both buildings were originally constructed by Richard Seifart in the 1980s. The distinctly industrial feel of the building is reflected in its steel and concrete construction. The partition walls used to organise the spaces upon each floor, contrasts this solidity but reflects the building’s continuing use as office space.
