We are thrilled to see Mulroy Architects featured in Architecture Today and ArchDaily with their newly completed project, Russet House!
Russet House reimagines a tired Victorian terrace in Crouch End as a dynamic, light-filled family home. Central to the transformation is the removal of the dining room floor, creating a dramatic double-height atrium that reconnects the ground floor with a newly excavated basement.
This central volume restores circulation flow and light throughout the home, and is anchored by a sculptural russet-coloured steel staircase – a bold visual statement that ties the levels together.
The design blends character with adaptability, sustainability and warmth, offering a flexible home for multi-generational living.
