Emrys’ Berners & Wells is a major mixed-use development in Fitzrovia, sitting across two urban blocks and has created over 7,000 sqm of new office and retail space. A series of seven two-storey arches clad in Portland stone and teal glazed-bricks ground the lower portion and create a grand entrance.

Cosway Street by Bell Phillips is a 49-home residential development in Marylebone, and forms part of the first phase of Westminster Council’s Church Street masterplan programme. The development provides a range of apartment sizes, and should provide a significant dowry to fund the social, economic, and cultural aspirations of the wider masterplan transformation.
